Seattle came out of Sunday’ victory relatively healthy on both sides of the ball minus a hamstring injury to starting safety Earl Thomas. Thomas pulled his hamstring late in the fourth quarter while trying to track down Texans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins on his 72-yard touchdown reception.
Carroll may have another update about Thomas tomorrow morning on 710 ESPN Seattle, or during his Monday afternoon press conference, but for now, he is unsure of the extent of the injury.
“Little hamstring,” he said. “I don’t know if it was a cramp or what, (but) he pulled up on the last long play.”
Thomas said in the locker room after the game that he was willing to go in for the final defensive series, but ultimately, the coaching staff was cautious and held him out. Seahawks.com
